HOT PROPERTY Clipper guard MARK JACKSON, who was acquired from the New York Knicks in September as part of a three team trade, has leased a newly built, Beverly Hills area home, which he may buy, his business manager said last week.
The Beverly Hills home was listed with VICTORIA LOCKWOOD.

JENNA ELFMAN who co-stars in the hit ABC
sitcom 'Dharma & Greg' and her husband, actor Bodhi Elfman, have purchased Madonna's Hollywood Hills home for about $4 million. Jenna Elfman 29, appeared in 'Keeping the Faith' with Ben Stiller and Edward Norton. She has a featured role along side Warren Beatty, Diane Keaton and Goldie Hawn in the movie 'Town and Country,' due out this March.
VICTORIA LOCKWOOD, represented Elfman in buying, sources said. HOT PROPERTYHeinz Holba, who founded Hollywood-based `L.A. Models' 15 year ago, has sold a home in Coldwater Canyon to actor Jason Beghe and his wife for $850,000. Beghe, who played Demi Moore's boyfriend and confidant in 'G.I.Jane' (1997) and portrayed a state trooper in 'Thelma & Louise' (1991), with guest appearences on 'Dharma & Greg', 'Family Law' and 'Resurrection Blvd'.
The home is a 1960s traditional on almost an acre with four bedrooms.

HOT PROPERTYA Beverly Hills home owned for nine years by actor Michael Caine and built by Woolworth dime-store heiress Barbara Hutton for her only child, Lance Reventlow, has been sold. The asking price was $4.95 million.
The house was built in 1956 in the shape of an L for Lance. He was killed at 36 in a 1972 plane crash. When built, the house had one of the first indoor-outdoor pools in the L.A. area.

 HUGH GRANT, who co-stars with Gene Hackman in the upcoming film "Extreme Measures," and his girlfriend, model-actress ELIZABETH HURLEY, who is co-producig the medical thriller with Grant, have leased a furnished Beverly Hills home at nearly $11,000 a month, sources say. Before Grant and Hurley leased it, the house was leased for a year by Prince Alexandre von Furstenberg, son of Egon of Austria and New York fashion designer Diane von Furstenberg, and his wife. VICTORIA LOCKWOOD shared the listing on the lease.
HOT PROPERTYLEON RUDYAK and his wife, MILA bought a 14,000 square-foot Mediterranean-style home for $6.5 million, sources say. The house, on an acre, had been listed at just under $8 million. It was owned by William Ellis, President of Farley Candy who moved to the Midwest.

HOT PROPERTYLegendary filmmaker KING VIDOR's knoll-top Beverly Hills home has come on the market for the first time in 20 years.
The 8,000-square-foot house designed by the late architect Wallace Neff and built for Vidor in 1928 is on five acres with city-to-ocean views, a tennis court and 1,500 foot long two-lane driveway. The asking price is $8.8 million.
Vidor who directed many films from the 1920's silents 'The Crowd' and 'The Big Parade' to 'Duel in the Sun' (1946) and 'Solomon and Sheba' (1959), and Neff, one of the architects to the stars of Hollywood's Golden Days, both died in 1982. VICTORIA LOCKWOOD shared the listing.
